Miesje de Vogel is a Researcher for the two current Official History teams at the Australian War Memorial, specializing in Australian peacekeepers, and co-author of the forthcoming official history volume "The Limits of Peacekeeping". She has coordinated courses at the University of Canberra, held a teaching fellowship at UNSW Canberra, and taught at the ANU. She is also an economic historian, is currently researching the financial history of Australia during the Second World War, and is one of the AHA 2018 Economic History stream coordinators.
